I build websites for local businesses.

Angelo, smiling.

I’m Angelo. I co-own a restaurant on the Oregon coast and built its website, so I know what people look for on their phone: your hours, a way to call you, and how to get there.

If you’re around Green Bay, I’m happy to meet in person. If you’re anywhere else, it all works fine over text and email.

Akres on the Pier

Astoria, Oregon

I co-own this restaurant and built its website: menus, open-now hours, reservations, gift cards and events, all easy to find on a phone.

What I do, and what it costs

Websites are most of what I do. I build them for phones first and keep them up to date for you.

Monthly plan

$200 a month

Nothing down, no long-term contract, and you can cancel anytime.

  • Up to 2 hours of changes a month. Just text or email me what you need.
  • After twelve payments, the site is yours. If you stop before that, it goes offline, but your domain stays yours.
  • From there, stay on this plan or drop to $99 a month.

Or own it outright

$2,000 one time

That’s $400 less than paying monthly. If you’d like me to keep it running after that, it’s $99 a month, and that covers up to 30 minutes of small changes.

Google & listings setup

$249 one time

I set up your Google Business Profile, then put the same hours, phone number, menu and booking links on the other listings people check. You don’t need a website from me for this.

I don’t promise rankings. I just make sure your information is right everywhere people look.

  • Your hours are up top, and Call and Directions stay at the bottom of the phone screen.
  • Your domain, like yourbusiness.com, stays in your name.

What I keep an eye on

This comes with the monthly plan and the $99 upkeep, starting once your site is live.

  • Every 10 minutes: that your site is online. Two misses in a row email me.

  • Every day: that your contact form still answers.

  • Every week: a test email through your form, current phones, speed, security updates, backups and your Google hours.

  • Every month: one page in your inbox with what I checked and what visitors did.

This is what the monthly report looks like, for Lume Trattoria, a restaurant I made up. The numbers are made up too.

Questions people ask

What if I want to leave?

Just tell me at least a week before your next bill. Your site stays up until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and there’s no refund for part of a month. If you leave before your twelfth payment, you choose: take the site with you by paying the rest of the $2,400 (every payment you’ve made counts), or let it go offline and owe nothing more. After twelve payments ($2,400), it’s yours to keep. Either way, the domain stays in your name.

What happens after twelve payments?

The site is yours, and you pick what fits. If your menu, hours or specials change a lot, the $200 plan is the better deal, since you keep up to 2 hours of changes every month. If your site rarely changes, drop to $99 a month. I keep it running and handle up to 30 minutes of small changes, like new hours or a price.

What if I need more changes than my plan includes?

Extra time is $85 an hour. I’ll tell you before I start, so there are no surprises on your bill.

Can you get me to the top of Google?

Nobody can promise you the top spot, so I won’t. What I can do is make sure your site loads fast on a phone, gives Google a clear title and description for each page, lists your hours, address and phone in a way Google can read, and has a sitemap so Google can find every page. The $249 Google & listings setup also gets your Google Business Profile right and your details matching everywhere people check.

Do you only work in Green Bay?

No. If you’re around Green Bay I can meet in person, and I work with businesses anywhere else remotely.
